In this video you will be taken through a series of exercises that are geared towards properly, and efficiently warming up your body. I will walk you through a mini cardio burst, followed by a movement section, stretch and core. What you can expect from this video is a fun and inviting way to warm up and stretch your body. Remember that you know your body best so if you need to make modifications to best suit your body, please do!!!! We want to work with our bodies and not against them!
